Tapestries
To avoid tear and stretching you should always keep the piece flat during the cleaning process. You should place the piece on a rigid frame. To start off you should use a vacuum. It will help by taking in all the loose dirt and particles. When you are vacuuming make sure to use the brush attachment. You do NOT want to drag the brush because you can abrade the fabric. Lay the tapestry flat on a screened immerse in spring or distilled tepid water for 10 minutes to loosen the dirt. To clean it you should gently place a very soft sponge in 1 tablespoon of laundry soap to 4 gallons of water and roll it over the tapestry and set it out or let it dry for a couple of days.
Telephones
The first thing you want to do is dip a cloth like an old t shirt or a towel into rubbing alcohol it will cut through dirt on plastic telephones. You should also use the alcohol as a disinfectant to disinfect your phones especially now. Make sure you don’t add the alcohol directly to the phone you want to dip a cloth in first. Removing dirt in-between pushbuttons can be easier with a cotton swab. If you do not have alcohol any disinfectant spray or wipe will work. It can also work on touchscreen phones.
Televisions
The first thing you would want to do when it comes to cleaning your television is to dust it with a soft cloth or with a regular duster. You should dust your Television about once a week to keep it nice and clean. Once you have finished dusting your television you should move on to polishing your screen with a window cleaner like windex or any other window cleaning sprays. It is best if you don’t add the cleaner directly to the television you want to spray it on your towel first.
