First Choice Cleaning offers professional residential and commercial cleaning services throughout San Diego, CA. Service availability is subject to scheduling and may be modified at our discretion.

2. Booking and Cancellation

To book a cleaning service, clients must provide accurate information via our website or by contacting us directly.

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

3. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing depends on the size of the space, the type of cleaning, and frequency.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

• We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and electronic payments.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Use of Cleaning Supplies

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products for a healthier environment.

• If clients have specific cleaning product preferences, they must notify us at least 48 hours before service. Additional charges may apply.

5. Access to Property

Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.

• If access is denied or delayed, a cancellation or waiting fee may be applied.

• If a cleaning professional cannot enter the property within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be canceled.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution, First Choice Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage or delicate items that have not been properly secured.

• Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

• Clients should store valuables and fragile items safely before service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to quality service. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, belongs to First Choice Cleaning and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Privacy Policy
