How to clean Comb

Coins
Swab your coin with acetone-based cleaner such as nail polish remover, you can use a cotton ball or a swab. Or you can soak it in acetone until it is clean. Rubbing alcohol can be bit easier to use. Avoid using acid based cleaners such as baking soda, toothpaste and tarnish removers. Acid based cleaners can damage the surface of the coin. Use cotton balls and cotton swabs(don’t use any abrasive cloth).

                                   Combs
The first thing you want to do is pull out any hairs on your comb. Once you have done that soak you comb in warm water with mild dishwashing detergent for 20 minutes. Or just make sure that there is no more oily residue from hair gel or creams. After that rinse your comb in clear water and dry it with a towel. If you have dandruff you may want to run your bristles of an old toothbrush through the comb while you soak it because the flakes can stick to your brush.

                           Compact discs
You want to start off by holding you disc by the rim and wipe the surface with a clean, soft, lint free, dry cloth. Start by cleaning from the center to the outer edge to prevent residue on the disc. Make sure to be carful when cleaning to prevent scratches on the discs. Do not use alcohol based cleaner or a house hold solvent on your CD.
